Randy L. Matthews, 56, of Springdale, Ark., died Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Ark. He was born Feb. 17, 1951, in Cape Girardeau to Larry and Peggy Shaner Matthews. He was owner/operator of RMSystems. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family. He was a member of United Methodist Church in Dexter.

On June 12, 1971, he was united in marriage to Melba Hawley.

Survivors include his wife, Melba Hawley Matthews of the home; two sons, Landon and Morgan Matthews, both of Springdale, Ark.; his parents, of Dexter; two brothers, Greg Matthews of Clever and Bryce Matthews of Dexter.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale, Ark. The family will be present from 6-8 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with Rev. Doyle Corlew officiating.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Long, Eric Pellin, Jason Skarsten, Dustin Pianalto, Jason Fields, Jeremy Wright, Jason Tessaro, Paul Dotson and Ryan Peck.
