Thomas Dewayne Morlan Jr., son of Thomas Dewayne Morlan Sr. and the late Judith Ann Lane Morlan, was born on June 19, 1966 in Malden, and died at Wappapello on Monday, May 19, 2008 at the age of 41.

Mr. Morlan was employed by Rick Shipman Construction of Dexter and was a resident of Wappapello.

Survivors include two sons, Coby Morlan and Brandon Morlan, both of Bernie; his father, Thomas Dewayne Morlan Sr. of Wappapello; one sister, Dianna Walker of Malden; and one grandchild.

His mother preceded him in death on May 3, 2008.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Thursday, May 22, 2008, from 5-8 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 1 p.m.

Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
