Mrs. Flanigan had lived in Grayridge and Dexter before moving to St. Louis in 1996. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Dexter.
On Feb. 20, 1937, she was married to Floyd Flanigan in Lilbourn. He preceded her in death on July 18, 1966.
Surviving are six daughters, Bettie Rackley of Staunton, Ill., Shelby Hale, Sue Bundren, and Barbara Barnett, all of St. Louis, Nina Dobbs of St. Peters, Darlene Gardner of Dexter; one son, Charles Flanigan of Columbus, Ind.; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Valentine Richard Frala and Russell Edward Frala.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Pastor Mike Kohlbaker of Dexter officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
