Delma Marie Pry

Delma Marie Pry, daughter of the late Charley Monroe and Grace Ella Louise Kanady Ross, was born at Puxico on Sept. 2, 1928, and died at Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter on Monday, June 9, 2008, at the age of 79.

Mrs. Pry lived most of her life in Bloomfield and was of the General Baptist Faith. On Dec. 22, 1956, she was married to Robert Pry and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by an infant son; a twin sister, Thelma Lee, and sisters, Helen and Ruth; four brothers, Charles, Billy, Donald and John Ross.

Survivors include one son, Danny Reynolds of Bell City; two sisters, Eva Stewart of Dexter and Lavern Holt of Benton; four grandchildren.

Visitation was held at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2008.

Funeral services were conducted on Thursday June 12, 2008, at 10 a.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Ray Placher and Rev. Joe Ogelvie officiating.

Interment followed in the Oak Ridge Cemetery.
