Randy and Betty Russell of Dexter announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Amanda Leigh to Wes Calhoun of Altenburg.

Amanda is a 2003 graduate of Perryville High School and a 2007 graduate of SEMO with a degree in historic preservation. She is currently employed by NARS in Cape Girardeau.

Wes, the son of Don Calhoun and Lora Enyeart of Indiana, graduated in 2002 from Whitko High School in South Whitley, Ind. He is employed by Altenburg Hardwoods as a lumber grader.

The couple plan to exchange vows in a private ceremony. A reception will be held at the Dexter Elks Lodge at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 12. All friends and family are invited to attend.
