James and Norma Kelley marked their 60th wedding anniversary Friday, May 16, 2008. James William Kelley and the former Norma Lou Ross were married on May 16, 1948, at the Methodist Church in Essex. They have one son, Mark Kelley of Essex and three grandchildren.
