Wayne and D'Ann Hermesch of Seneca, Kan., would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Emily Jo Hermesch to Matthew William Stuever, son of Jim and Angie Stuever of Dexter.

Emily is the granddaughter of Eleanor and the late Vincent Kohake and Rosalyn and the late Fred Hermesch, all of Seneca, Kan. Matt is the grandson of Jerry and Sue Cooper of Sikeston and the late Bernice and Herman Stuever of Dexter.

Emily is a 2002 graduate of Nemaha Valley High School. In 2006, she earned a bachelor of arts degree in business finance and management from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan. She is employed at State Street Bank and Trust as a Senior Accountant in Kansas City.

Matt is a 2002 graduate of Bernie High School. He graduated in 2006 from the University of Missouri in Columbia with a bachelor of science degree in agribusiness management. He is employed with Bartlett Grain Company as a terminal manager in Wichita, Kan.

The couple has set their wedding date for August 2, 2008, in Seneca, Kan.
