Clyde Clay Costin

Clyde Clay Costin, son of the late Jess Costin and Edna Bruce Costin was born on August 30, 1937 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and departed this life at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on June 21, 2008 at the age of 70.

Mr. Costin had served in the National Guard: had been the manager of Town and Country Cinema Theater in Dexter, Missouri for 30 years and was a resident of Bernie. He attended the Bernie Christian Church.

He was united in marriage to Judy Ann Morgan on August 20, 1966 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She survives of the home in Bernie.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Costin of Bernie, Missouri by three sons, Teddy Lowery of Bernie, Missouri, Clinton Costin of Dexter, Missouri and Chris Costin of Bernie, Missouri: by one sister, Thelma Powell of El Paso, Arkansas: by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren: also by Nieces and Nephews and many friends.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in BERNIE, Monday, June 23, 2008 from 5:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 1:00 P. M. with Pastor Joe Castoe Officiating. Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
