After 40 years, Dr. John D. Minton closed his Dexter dental practice this week. Friends, former patients and family dropped in to bid Minton and his staff adieu during an Open House Thursday afternoon. Minton is shown with his staff gathered around for a farewell picture. At left is Lynda Lovins, who has worked alongside Minton as a dental health educator for 37 of his 40 years in practice.
