Freda Tucker

Freda Tucker, daughter of the late Grover and Sophia Knopt Bright, was born in Stoddard County on April 3, 1918 and passed away at Denton, TX on July 13, 2008 at the age of 90.

Mrs. Tucker had been a resident of Bloomfield and Stoddard County until 1995 when she moved away. She was a resident of Denton, TX at the time of her passing. She was married to William 'Bill' Tucker and he preceded her in death on May 17, 1980.

Survivors include one son, Bill Tucker of Denton, TX, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

Memorial services and burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Bloomfield Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Gaines officiating. Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
