Dissler reportedly acknowledged, by turning in the guilty plea, that he had attempted, by means of the Internet, to send an attachment within an email that contained an image deemed to be pornographic. The original charges filed against Dissler stem from an incident dating back to October of 2007, at which time officers seized Dissler's computer from his Fisk home and analysis of the computer's hard drive revealed that he possessed more than 600 image files of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, according to Hanaway's office.
Dissler reportedly has one prior conviction under Missouri law relating to aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse and abusive sexual contact involving a minor. He faces a punishment of not less than 15 years and not more than 40 years imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine on the current charge. Sentencing has been set for November 10.
In making the announcement of the guilty plea, Hanaway praised several law enforcement agencies, including the Dexter Police Department and the SEMO Cyber Crimes Task Force, as well as Poplar Bluff Police and the Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, for their work in apprehending and eventually charging Dissler with the crime of transportation of child pornography.

Hmmm! Previous convictions? He don't deserve to live! Hang the scum!
How much was his bond? We HAVE to know that.
Good, I hope he gets the 40 year maximum.
