Danny A. Robinett

Danny A. Robinett, 52, of Sikeston, died on Monday, September 1 at his brother's residence in Oran. He was born on July 20, 1956, to the late Lawrence Robinett and Mary Heuring Slayton, who survives at Sikeston. He was self-employed in commercial building construction.

Besides his mother, he is survived by a son, Joshua Robinett of Hattiesburg, Miss., two daughters, Stephanie Robinett and Rebecca Morrison, both of Hattiesburg; three brothers, Larry Robinett of New Orleans, La., Bob Robinett of St. Louis and Mike Robinett of Oran, and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Robinett.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4 at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday in the Nunnelee Chapel with Rev. David Looney of Sikeston officiating. Burial will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
