Kennett defeats Dexter

Dexter's Lady Bearcats tennis team hosted Kennett Monday and dropped a 8-1 decision to the visiting Lady Indians. "We are improving, Dexter tennis coach Leann Dooley stated. "Nearly everyone got more games against the same girls they played a month ago. Katelyn (Heil) defeated Kennett's No. 1 player who beat her 9-7 earlier. She played a sound, solid match and used her weapons decisively. Heil, pictured far left,, defeated Brook Burcham, 8-3, for Dexter's only win.
