Pamela K. Westmoreland, daughter of the late Herman and Ova Mowery Smith, was born in Sikeston on Jan. 25, 1947, and died at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter on Nov. 27, 2008, at the age of 61.

She had lived in Sikeston for many years and had lived in Bloomfield the past eight years. She had attended the Assembly of God Church in Sikeston.

Surviving are two daughters, Maresa Nall of Farmington and Tammy Parsons of East Alton, Ill.; two sons, Randy Westmoreland of Morehouse and Wesley Westmoreland of Dexter; six grandchildren, Cody Forrester, Sarah Westmoreland, Deneka Cohen, Kristin Griffith, Bethany Westmoreland and Dustin Nall; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, JoAnn Boemer and Karen Wibbenmeyer, both of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Dewayne Smith.

Memorial funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Paul Hampton of St. Louis officiating.

Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of all arrangements.
