Jackie Harrison

Jackie Harrison, son of the late John William and Dorothy Narene Neeley Harrison, was born in St. Louis on Oct. 12, 1950, and died at his home in Dexter on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at the age of 58.

Jackie grew up in St. Louis and moved to Dexter many years ago. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Dexter.

Surviving are his wife, Anita Susan Hill-Harrison; one son, Chad Marion Harrison of Dexter; one daughter, Susan Elizabeth Hann of Dexter; one granddaughter; three sisters, Sue Phillips of Farmington, Janet Getz of Cahokia, Ill., and Debbie Reed of Park Hills.

He is preceded in death by one brother, Randall Lee Harrison.

Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Dexter with Rev. Danny Collins of Qulin officiating.

Interment followed in the Hagy Cemetery with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
