Margaret Sue Lane

Margaret Sue Lane, daughter of the late Walter Eugene Lane and Mary Edna Duncan Lane was born on April 27, 1947 at Dexter and died in the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter on July 3, 2009 at the age of 62.

Sue was of the Baptist Faith, attended the Stoddard County A.R.C. Day Activity Center in Dexter, was a member of the Stoddard County A.R.C. and was a resident of Dexter.

She is survived by one brother, Martin Gale Lane of Sikeston: by three sisters, Juanita Fay Jones of Essex, Glenda Mae McCollough and Judy Carol Conner both of Dexter, and by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Walter Dale Lane.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5 - 8 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joe Ogelvie officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
