Thelma Mae Wade, 92, a resident of Fulton, Ky. died Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at her residence.

She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton, Ky. She moved to Kentucky in 1946 from Jackson,Tenn.

She is survived by two sons, James M. Wade of South Haven, Miss., and John T. Wade of Dexter; a sister, Frances Burrow of Jackson,Tenn.; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents,Henry Thomas and Alice Couch Etheridge; her husband, James Paul Wade who died June 8,2002; and a brother.

Graveside services were held at 2 pm Monday, Oct. 5, 2009, at the Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton, Ky. Dr. Jack Acree officiated.

Visitation for Mrs. Wade was held from 1 pm until the funeral hour at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel.
