First among those was Sara West, 28 of Puxico, was jailed in August for DWI and threatening an officer.
West appeared Wednesday for arraignment and pled not guilty to the charges against her.
She is charged with four counts of the Class C felony possession of a controlled substance, one count of the Class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, one count of the Class B misdemeanor DWI-drug intoxication and one count of the Class C felony of making a terrorist threat.
She is also held on a probation violation.
West will stand trial on Dec. 16.
Also in court Wednesday was Charlie Glass, 66 of Bloomfield, who has been charged in connection with a relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
He appeared and the case was set for trial Feb. 19, 2010.
Glass faces charges of the Class C felony of second degree statutory rape, two counts of the Class B felony of kidnapping and one count of the Class C felony of sexual abuse.
Due to health concerns, he was released on house arrest in June.
Another case in court Wednesday was that of Sabrina Stegall of Festus who was charged in connection with a June bust that netted 10 pounds of marijuana from an Aquilla couple.
Stegall, 41, filed a motion for change of venue and her case was ordered transferred to Dunklin County for further proceedings.
She is charged with the Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance and the Class A misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stegall is still housed in the Stoddard County Jail in lieu of $125,000 cash-only bond.
