Kenneth D. Minton, 79, sustained moderate injuries Thursday afternoon after reportedly slowing in the westbound lane of traffic on Highway 60 and being struck from behind by a tractor-trailer driven by Michael M. Lewis, 51, of Carthage. Lewis was uninjured in the wreck. Minton was transported by ambulance to Missouri Southern Healthcare.
