Ronald J. Maloney

Ronald J. Maloney was born on May 11, 1935 near Idalia and died at the age of 74 on Nov. 5, 2009 in Desloge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Sanders and Wilma (Weaver) Maloney; a sister, Pauletta Trimble; and his grandparents, Simon Z. Weaver and Mila (Hale) Weaver.

A U.S. Army veteran, he is survived by a brother, Harold (Naomi) Maloney of St. Mary's, Ga.; two sisters, Pansy Layton of Dexter, and Norma Doty of Frankclay; and by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 at 3 p.m. at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Leadwood. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel in Leadwood with Rev Jim Muse officiating.
