SCAA tournament resumes today at Bloomfield

After a day off Wednesday, the SCAA tournament will resume today with semifinal action in both the varsity and junior varsity brackets, but basketball is not the only competition going on at the annual league event. Cheerleaders from the eight county schools are also being judged for their sideline performances and one team will be tabbed as county champs. Bloomfield is the defending champions. There will also be an all-tournament cheerleading squad announced. Jayvee play will get underway at 4 o'clock today. The finals are set for Friday, but weather could force a schedule change.
