Larry Mouser, son of Glen Dale Mouser and Ruth Lawson Mouser of Essex, was born on April 14, 1956 at Poplar Bluff and died in the Crowley Ridge Care Center at Dexter on March 4, 2010 at the age of 53.

Mr. Mouser was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center in Dexter, a 30 year employee of Arvin-Meritor in Dexter and a resident of Essex. He loved the St. Louis Cardinals and rarely missed a game.

He was united in marriage to Teresa Churchill on March 10, 1995 at Bloomfield. Mrs. Mouser survives of the home in Essex.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his parents, Glen Dale and Ruth Mouser of Essex; by one son, Ryan Mouser of Paragould, Ark.; by one daughter, Ashley Mouser of Jackson; by two step-sons, Eric Weaver of Venice, Calif., and Nicholas Griffin of Dexter; by one brother, Gale Jordan of Dexter; by two sisters, Brenda Wilson of Warner Robins, Ga., and Kim King of Dexter; and by six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Glen Jordan.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. Friday, March 5, 2010. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Interment will follow in the Essex Cemetery.
