Ronald Turner Sr., son of the late Robert L. Turner and Lesteen Huff, was born on Nov. 16, 1941 in St. Louis and died at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter on March 21, 2010 at the age of 68.

Mr. Turner was a former employee with Federal Mogul in Malden and a resident of Dexter.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald Turner, Jr. and wife Tammy of Dexter and Joseph Turner and wife Rebekah of Denver, Colo.; one daughter, Pearl Gill of Conway, Ark.; two brothers, Robert "Ross" Turner and wife Marie of St. Louis and Timothy Turner of Sallisaw, Okla.; two sisters, Ruth Gum and Gene of Arkoma, Okla., and Carol Means of Dexter; and five grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers ,Russell "Ruck" Turner and Michael Turner.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 1-2 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, March 25, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Phil Warren officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery
