Wilma Morrow
Wilma Morrow, daughter of the late Roy Emmett Underwood and Josie Ann Quick Underwood, was born on Dec. 5, 1931 near Bloomfield and died at Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on April 9, 2010 at the age of 78.

Mrs. Morrow was a member of the Second General Baptist Church in Dexter, a former seamstress with the International Hat Factory in Dexter and a resident of Dexter.

She was united in marriage to Bryce Morrow on June 10, 1950 at Piggott, Ark., who preceded her in death on July 11, 2000.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Loretta Morrow of Dexter: by three granddaughters and their spouses, Kara and David Glaus, Willa and Jim Fees, and Anna and Jim Whiteman; by five great-grandchildren, Madison Glaus, Ethan Glaus, Marie Fees, Stella Fees and Elijah Whiteman; by four brothers, Elmer Underwood, Delmar Underwood and Steve Underwood all of Bloomfield and John Underwood of Aquilla; by one sister, Geneva Grim of Dexter. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Frances Berry, and her step-mother, Norma Woodiel.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, April 12, 2010. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Phil Warren officiating. Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Stoddard County Children's Home, P. O. Box 164, Dexter, Mo. 63841 or to the Stoddard County Gospel Mission, 207 One Mile Road, Dexter, MO. 63841. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
