Naoma Pearl Kiser, daughter of the late Curtis Edwards and Annabell Hockersmith, was born in Dudley on Aug. 19, 1917, and died at The Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter on May 1, 2010, at the age of 92.
She had lived in Stoddard County all her life. She was of the Pentecostal faith and was a member of the Wappapello VFW.
On April 8, 1943, she was married to William Kiser in Las Vegas, Nev. He preceded her in death on Dec. 27, 1988.
Surviving are several nieces and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leo and Franklin Edwards.
Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until time of service on Wednesday, May 5, 2010.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at the Sadler Chapel Cemetery near Dexter with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
