Victory "Danny" Hart, 55, of Oklahoma City, Okla., formerly of Dow, Okla., died Friday, June 4, 2010, at Oklahoma City, Okla.
Victor was born on Oct 30, 1954, in Ft. Knox, Ky., to James and Norma Jean Beck Hart. He went to school in Haileyville, Okla., and graduated in 1973. He then worked at Aerotronics in Hartshorne. Victor then moved to Durant, Okla., where he attended Southeastern University and managed the Newman Furniture Store. He had been a resident of Oklahoma City, Okla., for about eight years.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Jason Burns of Ti Valley, Okla.; his brother, Tony Hart of Haileyville, Okla.; niece, Jamie Burns of Norman, Okla.; nephew, Andrew Burns of Norman, Okla.; aunts and uncles, Bob and Lucille Beck of Dow, Okla., Gayle Beck of Spiro, Okla., M.A. Hart of Dexter, and Jerry and Doris Hart of Mountain Home, Ark.; a special cousin, Nancy James of Savanna, Okla.; and numerous other cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norma Jean Hart of Dow, Okla., and James Vic Hart of Dexter; maternal grandparents, J.W. (Bill) and Alta Dale Beck of Dow, Okla.; and his paternal grandparents, Joe and Anna Hart of Dexter.
Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Beck, Kendall Beck, Tim Beck, Andrew Burns, Robert James and Pete James.
There will be a 2 p.m. graveside service Friday, June 12, 2010, at Elmwood Cemetery in Hartshorne, Okla., under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service with Rev. Terry Sensibaugh officiating.
