The bride is the daughter of Danny and Tracy (Gould) Taylor of Zalma. She is the grandaughter of the late Jim Gould and Helen Gould-Rollins of Zalma, Terry and Ruthann Hodge of Puxico, Bobby and Kathy Taylor of Puxico. She is the great-grandaughter of Ray Dean and Lavera Hodge of Puxico, and the late Milburn Taylor of Puxico. The groom is the son of Don and Debora (Martin) Douglas III of Puxico. He is the grandson of Don Lyle and Fern Douglas Jr. of Puxico, and Dorthy Martin of Puxico. He is the great-grandson of the late Don Lyle and late Lelia Douglas Sr. of Puxico.
The bride was given away in marriage by her father. Maid of honor was Tobey Douglas of Conway, Ark. Bridesmaid was Taylor Shell of Advance, and junior bridesmaid was Paige Douglas of Conway, Ark. Best man was Don Douglas IV of Conway, Ark. Groomsman was Trevin Taylor of Zalma. Ushers were Robbie Ruser of Puxico, and Ryan McClure of Puxico. Candlelighters were Tyler Johnston of Jacksonville, Fla., and Ashlen Gould of Adams, Tenn.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Zalma High School; 2010 graduate from Metro Business College where she received her associates of applied science degree in business management/ computer specialist. She is employed by the Daily Statesman in Dexter. The groom is a 2004 graduate from Puxico High School. He is employed by Nestle Purina Petcare Company in Bloomfield.
The couple honeymooned in Mrytle Beach, S.C. and now reside at their rural home in Bloomfield.
