Nettie L. Fralick, 88, of Chester, Ill., died on Friday, Sept. 3, 2010 at the Independence Care Center in Perryville.

She was born to the late Grover and Rosa (nee McCain) Crow on Nov. 24, 1921 in Bernie.

She married Louis H. Fralick on Nov. 23, 1939 in Bernie. He preceded her in death on June 19, 1979.

She had been a nurse's aid at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Ill. until her retirement in 1996 and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, Ill.

Survivors include three daughters, Janet (Paul) Martineau of Sidney, Mt., Carol (Randy) Morrison of Shiloh, Ill., and Debi (Tom) Caraway of Chester, Ill.; six brothers, Grover Crow of Dixon, Calif., Louis Crow of Volo, Ill., Clyde Crow of Flint, Mich., Cleo Crow of Warrenton, Glen Crow of Titusville, Fla., and Robert Crow of Dexter; two sisters, Loreda Low of Dexter, and Lorene Parris of West Plains; three grandchildren, Rebecca (Tommy) Creason of Chester, Ill., Ashley (Aaron) Arnold of Valley Park, and Catherine Morrison of Washington, D.C.; and two great-grandchildren, Reed and Rhett Creason.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Dennis Norwood; by five brothers, Shelby, Denzel, Wenzel, Paul and Kenneth Crow.

Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 5 from 4-8 p.m. at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home in Chester, Ill.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 5 at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home in Chester, Ill. with Rev. Mark Willig officiating.

Graveside services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 6 at Bernie Cemetery in Bernie.

Memorials may be sent to St. John New School Building Fund, Chester Education Association Scholarship Fund, Chester, Ill.
