Randall Eugene Tucker, 54, of Holts Summit, died on Monday, Nov. 1, 2010 at his home. He was born July 8, 1956 in Dexter, the son of Emerson Eugene and Naomi Corrine Creed Tucker.
He is survived by two brothers, Carl David (Kathleen) Tucker of Americus, Ga., and Charles Christopher Tucker of Kerrville, Texas; one sister, Deborah Lynne Galloway of Collierville, Tenn.; one step-sister, Donna Merritt; one step-brother, Anthony Charles of Jefferson City; step-mother, Venice "Mom" Tucker, of Jefferson City: and nieces, Lauren Allen, Megan Galloway, Allana Carlton; and nephew, John Merritt.
Randy, a 1974 graduate of Dexter High School, served in the Army and Missouri National Guard. He worked in the automotive industry for most of his life but found his greatest enjoyment working for First Student Bus Transportation working with special needs children. He also enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and billiards. Randy served many people through his time and talents and gave of himself freely to those in need. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 6 at 3 p.m. at the Church of the Latter Day Saints, 4618 Henwick Lane, Jefferson City.
