Tilman David Robinson, son of the late D.C. Robinson and Ethel Leona Crawford Robinson, was born on Jan. 16, 1935 in Dudley and died at his residence in Dudley on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010, at the age of 75.

Mr. Robinson retired from the United States Air Force (TSGT-E6), was a life time member of the Disabled American Veterans, a member of the Stoddard County Honor Guard, and the Kenady-Hanks Post 59 American Legion.

On Nov. 8, 1961 he was united in marriage to Tommie Sue Rice at San Bernadino, California. Mrs. Robinson preceded him in death on May 18, 2010.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Robinson and Barbara Robinson, both of Dudley; two brothers, John W. Robinson of St. Ann and Harry E. Robinson of Killeen, Texas; and one sister, Mabel Gibbs of Lake of the Ozarks.

Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Marion C. Robinson; and by three sisters, Marjorie Cox, Mary Ann Newingham, and Cozy Taylor.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. David Looney officiating. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with full military honors.
