Donna Marlene Haas, daughter of the late Ralph Kennedy and Helen Margaret Wendland Kennedy was born in Mansfield, Ohio on Jan. 26, 1944 and died in Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo., on March 1, 2011, at the age of 67.
Mrs. Haas worked at Honeywell Aerospace of Phoenix, Ariz., as lead supervisor until her retirement. She was a past president of Eagles in Mansfield, Ohio. She had attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dexter, Mo., and was a resident of Bernie.
She was united in marriage to Carl Edward Haas, Sr. in Mifflin, Ohio on Aug. 28, 1970. Mr. Haas preceded his wife in death on May 27, 2001.
Survivors include two sons, Carl Edward Haas, Jr. and wife Tammy of Phoenix, Ariz., and Robert Michael Haas of Bernie, Mo.; two daughters, Sheri Lee Palmer and husband Johnny of Bernie, Mo., and Vicki Lynn Haas, also of Bernie; five grandchildren, Andrew Rinehart of Phoenix, Ariz., Nicole Ann Palmer, Heather Marie Wooldridge, Jauuna Suzanne Palmer and Ashley Lynne Palmer, all of Bernie; three great-grandchildren, Madison Nicole Palmer Wooldridge and Mason Clay Wooldridge, both of Bernie and Scarlette Rinehart of Phoenix, Ariz.; other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie on Friday, March 4, 2011, from 5-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. Father David Dohogne will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
