Evelyn Mary Ruth Bunch

Evelyn Mary Ruth Bunch, daughter of the late Eli Wesley Bunch and Edna Ritcheson Bunch, was born on Feb. 5, 1942 in Malden, Mo., and died on March 27, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in Dexter at the age of 69.

Mrs. Bunch attended the Church of God at Malden, had formerly worked at the Stoddard County Sheltered Workshop as a piece worker and was a resident of Dexter.

She is survived by two sons, Calvin White of Malden and Samuel Beaird; three brothers, James Wesley Bunch of Steele, Doy Dewayne Hickman Johnson of Malden, and Samuel Monroe Johnson of Bloomfield; one sister, Linda Joyce Fincher of Dexter; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Peggy Lucille Hufford, Judith Kathleen Gambling, and Donnie Darlene Bunch and by her stepfather who raised her, Samuel Johnson.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 1-2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2011.

Funeral services will then be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on March 30, 2011, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Malden Memorial Park in Malden, Missouri.
