Mary Francis Stevens, daughter of the late George and Gertrude Tucker Bennett, was born in Bloomfield, Mo.,i on Sept. 3, 1928, and died at the Country Club Care Center in Warrensburg, Mo., on July 22, 2011, at the age of 82.

Mrs. Stevens was a long time resident of Bloomfield, Mo., until moving to be closer to her family in the Warrensburg, Mo., area several years ago. She was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Bloomfield, Mo.

On July 2, 1967, she was married to Howard Stevens in Bloomfield, Mo. He preceded her in death on March 8, 1997.

Surviving are two sons, George Baldwin of Knob Noster, Mo.i, and Barry Baldwin of Bloomfield, Mo.; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Bennett; and one sister, Jean Whitfield.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 25, 2011, after 10 a.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be on Monday, July 25, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the Chiles-Cooper Chapel in Bloomfield, Mio., with the Rev. Kevin Eskew of Bloomfield officiating.

Interment will be in the Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield in charge of arrangements.
