Audry C. Fralick, son of the late Kelly O. and Alta Culan Mansfield Fralick, was born in Clarkton, Mo., on March 16, 1919, and died at his home in Dexter, Mo., on Oct. 19, 2011.

He had lived in Dexter, Mo., most of his life. He had been co-owner of the Hickory Log Restaurant in Dexter until his retirement. He had served in the U. S. Air Force and was a member of the V.F.W., American Legion Post 59, the Elks Lodge and the Lion's Club.

On Aug. 20, 1965, he was married to Betty Jo Grubbs in Kennett, Mo. She preceded him in death on Sept. 22, 2000.

Surviving are a special friend and companion, Jackie Alberson, of Essex, Mo.; two step-daughters and husbands, Carla and Roy McDonald of Malden, Mo., and Kim and Randy Sell of Atoka, Tenn.; two step-grandchildren, Stephanie Jill McDonald and husband, Louis Lopez, and Logan Sell; two sisters, Mima E. Hooten of Eugene, Ore., and Louise Hamilton of Seymore, Mo.; a half- brother, Tom Fralick, of Evening Shade, Ark. and his step-mother, Kate Hamby of Evening Shade, Ark. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one brother, Chester L. Fralick, and three sisters, Helen E. Rains, Mary E. Vinton, and Juanita Taylor.

Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, from 5-8 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Mo. Dexter Elks Lodge 2439 will conduct a memorial service at 7 p.m. during the visitation.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Mo., with the Rev. Mike Watkins of Dexter and Darryl Orr of Dexter, officiating.

Interment will be in the Dexter Cemetery, with Missouri Military Honors and American Legion Post 59 conducting full military honors. Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
