Sharon Mae Kruse, daughter of the late Bernie Caldwell and Eva Allison Caldwell, was born on Nov. 8, 1942 in Corning, Ark. and died at Missouri Southern Healthcare on Dec. 22, 2011 in Dexter, Mo. at the age of 69.

Mrs. Kruse was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center in Dexter, Mo. and was a resident of Dexter.

She was united in marriage to James Kruse in St. Louis, Mo. on July 20, 1979. Mr. Kruse survives of the home in Dexter.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, William Wedemeier of St. Petersburg, Fla., Tom Remmert Jr. of Bloomfield, Mo., and John Remmert of O'Fallon, Mo.; by one daughter, Connie Gazaway of St. Louis, Mo.; by two brothers, Cheston Caldwell and William Caldwell and by one sister, Ava Labarga; also by 10 grandchildren, Jennifer Barden, Jeremy Wedemeier, Jeffery Wedemeier, Johnny Rem-mert, Kayla Gazaway, Travis Remmert, Mal-lory Remmert, Abby Remmert, Hannah Rem-mert, and Ryan Remmert; and three great-grandchidren, Lyndsey Barden, Amanda Barden, and David Barden.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday Dec. 27, 2011 from noon until 2 p.m. at the Lighthouse Christ-ian Center in Dexter. Funeral services will then be conducted on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Lighthouse Christian Center in Dexter with Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo.
