Corbett "Corkey" Morgan, 68, of Bloomfield, Mo., died Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, in Bloomfield, Mo.
Mr. Morgan was born Oct. 2, 1943, in Portola, Calif. He previously lived in Burfordsville, Mo., and attended Randles Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Navy. He was a welder and enjoyed engraving, knife making, and racing.
Mr. Morgan was married to Kathy Keene. She preceded him in death in 1992.
Surviving are two daughters, Kayla Bollard of Judsonia, Ark., and Kimberly Holland of Vanduser, Mo.; two sisters, Debbie Morgan and Sandy Brown, both of Bloomfield; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, followed by funeral services at noon in the Morgan-Sifford Funeral Home in Puxico, Mo., with Rev. Don Legget officiating.
Interment took place in the Puxico Cemetery. Morgan Sifford Funeral Home of Puxico is in charge of all arrangements.
