Martha Stause, daughter of the late Marcus Bader and Margaret Stuever Bader, was born on July 13, 1945, in Dexter, Mo., and died on June 10, 2012, at her residence in Dexter at the age of 66.
Mrs. Stause was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dexter, was a former employee of Purolator Product in Dexter for 17 years, and was currently employed at Gregory's Creations for the past eight years.
On April 24, 1965, she was united in marriage to Norman Stause. Mr. Stause survives at their home in Dexter.
Survivors include a son, Bradley Stause of Dexter; three daughters, Antoinette "Toni" Weaver of Hermann, Mo., Alana Click of New Haven, Mo., and Heidi Stone of Jackson, Mo.; a brother, Richard Bader of Over-land, Mo.; four sisters, Louise Glover of Sand-wich, Ill., Helen Moore of St. Charles, Mo., Marcella Poelker of Overland, Mo., and Barbara Mainer of McClure, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Mkenna Stone, and one brother, John Bader.
Visitation will be at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, June, 12, 2012. A prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday evening in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dexter with Father David Dohogne officiating. Inter-ment will follow in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery near Dexter.
