Sue Robey, 60, of Advance, Mo., died July 2, 2012 at her home. She was born Oct. 4, 1951 in Camden, Tenn., the daughter of Leroy and Ruby Harden Bell.

Sue had worked as a cook at Lorch Oil and Rhodes Gas, both in Advance. She had attended Bell City High School.

Sue and Terry Robey were united in marriage on Sept. 21, 1968, at Avert, Mo., and he survives of the home.

Other survivors include five grandchildren, Lane Robey, Amanda Smith, Aaron Smith, Gage Johnson and Rachael Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Abigail Bates and Matthew Bates; three brothers, Bill Bell of Bloomfield, Mo., Jerry Bell of Benton, Mo., and Larry Bell of Midland, Mich.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Penny Johnson and Laurie Hallmark; a grandson, Jeremy Robey; two brothers; and two sisters.

Visitation will be held Friday July 6, 2012, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. at the chapel with Rev. Don Lafferty officiating.

Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bell City.
