Martha Elizabeth Stobaugh, daughter of the late Charles Andrew and Ollie

Pearl Williams Ethridge, was born in Center Ridge, Ark., on Jan. 31,1919, and died at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo., on July 26, 2012, at the age of 93.

Mrs. Stobaugh moved from Arkansas to the Charter Oak community in 1946, where she and her husband farmed until moving to Dexter in 1985. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

On Jan. 4, 1936, she was married to William Avery Stobaugh in Center Ridge, Ark.

Surviving are her husband, William Avery Stobaugh of Dexter; four daughters, Rebecca Sue Baldwin of Catron, Mo., Glenda Ruth Barber of Dexter, Margaret Ann Weaver of Longview, Texas, Kathy Rhea Jones of Bloomfield; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and one sister, Wanda Bryant of Springfield, Ark. Other family and friends also survive her.

She was preceded in death by one son, William Charles Stobaugh on Dec. 31, 1957, and one brother, Willam Andrew Ethridge in 1926.

Visitation will be Friday, July 27, 2012, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 27, 2012, at 7 p.m. at Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Bro. Jim Colvett of Matthews officiating.

Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Center Ridge, Ark. Saturday, July 28, 2012, at 1 p.m.
