Lola Mae McCollough
Lola Mae McCollough, daughter of the late Charlie and Emma Osa Weaver Corlew, was born near Bloom-field on Dec. 29, 1930, and died at Missouri Southern Health-care in Dexter on Nov. 29, 2012, at the age of 81.

She had lived in the Essex and Dexter areas all her life. She was a member of the Rivers of Life Church near Dexter.

On June 11, 1950, she was married to John R. McCollough in Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 2005.

Surviving is a son, Charles McCollough of Phoenix, Ariz.; a daughter, Connie Pruitt of Dexter; four grandchildren and spouses, Christy and Danny Sindle of Dexter, Melody and Joe Patrick

of Bloomfield, Joe McCollough and Jessica McCollough, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; and three great-grandchildren, Hanna and Brock Patrick, both of Bloomfield, and Lauren Sindle of Dexter. Other family and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by one brother, William Joe "Dub" Corlew.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at 1 p.m. at the Rivers of Life Church near Dexter. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at the Rivers of Life Church near Dexter with the Rev. Bill Pennington of Bloomfield officiating. Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
