Peggy J. Blunt, age 75, of Wappapello, Mo., died at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center on Wed-nesday, Nov. 28, 2012.

She was born Oct. 8, 1937, in Annap-olis, Mo., to Omer Talley and Bessie Williams Talley.

In 1956, Peggy was united in marriage to Charles Ray Bazzell. On July 7, 1990, she was united in marriage to James W. Blunt.

Peggy worked as a clerk at the Wayne County Courthouse. She was of the Christian faith.

Peggy is survived by her husband; three sons, Charles Bazzell, Jr. of Wappapello, John Blunt of Florida, and William Etson of Flint, Mich.; two daughters, Christina of Moline, Ill., and Ramona Razorio of Grand Rapids, Mich.; one brother, Bill Talley, and his wife Jenny of Patterson; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation was held at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, from 5 p.m. to

9 p.m. Funeral services were held on Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Ruegg Funeral Home.

Pastor Joe Zarro delivered the message. Burial followed in the Sutton Cemetery near Vulcan, Mo.
