Frankie Hunsperger, son of the late Thomas and Pearl Driver Hunsperger, was born in Koshkanong, Mo., on Aug. 21, 1928, and died at the Golden Living Center in Dexter on Jan. 2, 2013, at the age of 84.

He had lived in Dexter for 40 years. He was of the Baptist faith.

On Aug.10, 1954, he was married to Rita Turner in Charleston, Mo. She preceded him in death on August 24, 2011.

Surviving are two sons, Tom Hunsperger of Dexter and Larry "Dinky" Hunsperger of Malden; three daughters, Bobbie Turnbow of Malden, Johanna Whitfield of Grayling, Mich., and Kay Stafford of Essex; 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Other relatives and friends also survive.

He was preceded in death by one son, Frank Ray Hunsperger; two daughters; Elizabeth Jean McCulley and Tammy Lynn Burnett; six brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, after 10 a.m. at the Wayside Baptist Church in Koshkanong, Mo.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Wayside Baptist Church in Koshkonong.

Interment will be in the Wayside Cemetery in Koshkonong with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
