Pansy "Pat" Mae Reese of Malden, the daughter of the late Henry Ray Miskell and Berna Ethel Reeves Miskell, was born March 20, 1925 in Parma and died Dec. 24, 2001 at her home at the age of 76. She was the owner/operator of Pat's Daycare Center in Malden and a member of the Kimball Baptist Church in Malden. Pat was first married to George Crafton who preceded her in death. She later married Lloyd Rubel, who also preceded her in death. Her third husband, Vernon Reese, survives of the home in Malden. Besides her husband, Rev. Vernon Reese, she is survived by one son, George Dennis Crafton of Medford, N.J.; by three grandchildren; by two great-grandchildren; by six step-grandchildren; by one sister, Daisy Schaeffer of Dexter; and numerous step-great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by a step-son, Marlin Reese and several brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden from 6 - 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 28. Funeral services will be conducted in the Landess Funeral Chapel on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Gene Lancaster officiating. Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery with Landess Funeral Home of Malden in charge of all arrangements.
